Same as regular Uno +2 & +4 cards stack but only +2 with +2 cards and +4 with +4 cards. If a +4 wild is played everyone drinks 1 including the dealer and if the following player cannot play a card they drink 5 (1 social drink and 4 for the +4). Everyone drinks including the player who deals the card. When a standard wild card is played it's a social drink. If you can play that card you're safe, if not drink. If you cannot play a card from your hand, pick up a card. * A recommendation from someone who's played this many times.
